At Classic Foot, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and worry-free. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following terms. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include all tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

B. Free Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible orders within the UK.
Once your return is approved, a Royal Mail pre-paid return label and step-by-step instructions will be sent to you by email.

C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you find:

  • A damaged or defective item

  • An incorrect size or product sent in error

In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

D. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Different sizes

  • Different colors

  • Replacement of defective or damaged items

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

E. Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees.

F. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

G. Discounts

Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
We cannot provide refunds or adjustments for unused discount codes after an order has been completed.
